This Privacy Policy describes how NEETPG Prep ("we", "us", or "the App"), developed and published by FigQuiz, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our Android application.

1. Information We Collect

a) Information you provide

• Google Account Info: When you sign in with Google, we receive your display name, email address, and profile photo URL from Google Sign-In. This is used solely for authentication and personalizing the app.
• Question Reports: If you report a question, we store your user ID, email, the question ID, and the reason for the report.

b) Information collected automatically

• Quiz Performance Data: Your quiz attempts, scores, and answers are stored locally on your device. Summary statistics (total questions answered, daily stats) are also synced to our Firebase Firestore database to enable progress tracking.
• Subscription Status: We verify your Google Play subscription status to determine access to premium content.

c) Information we do NOT collect

• We do not collect your location, contacts, phone number, device identifiers for advertising, or browsing history.
• We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Authentication: To sign you in and maintain your session via Firebase Authentication.
• Progress Tracking: To store and display your quiz performance statistics.
• Subscription Management: To verify your subscription status and provide access to premium content.
• Question Reports: To review and improve the quality of our question bank.

3. Data Storage & Security

• Local Storage: Quiz data and downloaded question content are stored locally on your device in an encrypted format.
• Cloud Storage: User profile and summary statistics are stored in Google Firebase Firestore, hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure with industry-standard security.
• Encryption: Downloaded question data is AES-256 encrypted. Communication with our servers uses HTTPS/TLS.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore) — Firebase Privacy
• Google Play Billing (Subscription management) — Google Privacy Policy
• Cloudflare (Content delivery) — Cloudflare Privacy

5. Data Retention

• Account Data: Your profile and progress data are retained as long as your account is active.
• Local Data: Quiz data stored on your device is retained until you uninstall the app or clear its data. If your subscription expires, downloaded premium content is automatically deleted from your device.
• Reports: Question reports are retained indefinitely to maintain question quality.

6. Your Rights

• Access: You can view your data within the app at any time.
• Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at admin@figquiz.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
• Data Portability: You can request a copy of your data by contacting us.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
